Tim Baker, left, current owner of Guss' Pickles
Tim Baker, the current owner of Guss' Pickles, began working at Guss' over 25 years ago. Then a high school student, Tim learned the secret flavors of pickling: corriander, mustard seed, bay leaves, peppercorns, red peppers and garlic. Guss' Pickles are tasty as ever.

Pickles are mentioned at least twice in the Bible (Numbers 11:5 and Issiah 1:8). Guss' Pickles has been featured in two films: "Crossing Delancey" and "Enemies: A Love Story".
