Reservations are required for all groups over 10 people. To make reservations, complete the online reservation application or call 212-431-0233 x 241.

Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

A non-refundable deposit will be due prior to your program.

We accept deposits via credit card, check, or money order.

The minimum size of group tours is 10 people. The maximum size is 45 people.

We must know your group's size in advance. Even 2 extra people can make the spaces unpleasantly crowded or unsafe. Without advance notice we may not be able to accommodate add-ons.

For K-12 programs, 1 adult is required for every 15 students. Adults are charged at the discounted group rate of $10 each.

Programs, including walking tours, will occur rain or shine.

We require 21 days notice to refund your deposit or reschedule your program. In cases of rescheduling, credit for payment made will be extended for the current school year. All groups are limited to one rescheduling request. After that the group forfeits any reimbursement or credit.

Please arrive on time. If your group is late, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten your program as necessary in order to avoid interfering with other scheduled programs.

All groups check in at The Tenement's Visitors Center & Museum Shop at 108 Orchard St (below Delancey).
