Join us on YouTube Live for a book talk with James Nevius, author of Footprints in New York: Tracing the Lives of Four Centuries of New Yorkers, in conversation with Tenement Museum’s Director of Curatorial Affairs, Dave Favaloro.
They will discuss how pandemics shaped New York’s built environments through the lens of the Tenement Museum’s Living in a Pandemic virtual exhibit.
From yellow fever and cholera to polio and the Spanish flu, Dave and James will revisit past outbreaks and think about how the Covid19 pandemic may begin to reshape New York once again.
