Accessing Your Member Account

Using our new ticketing system, Museum members can now utilize their benefits online! Renew your membership, receive a digital member card, RSVP to member-only events, and reserve tickets through our website for both virtual and in-person programs.

As a result of this update, members will no longer need to use the previous Member Ticket Reservation Form, and can now book tickets anytime!

All memberships purchased after June 15th, 2022 will receive their membership ID along with all activation instructions in their confirmation email.

Current Members

To receive your Membership ID, please follow the instructions below:

Visit our Forgot Your Member ID? page.

Enter your email address and click “Send Membership ID”. Please note: the email address that receives our regular member communications is the email associated with your membership.

Check your email inbox. You will receive an email that contains information about your membership, including your Membership ID. If you do not receive the email right away, please check your spam folder.

Login to tickets.tenement.org using your email and your new Membership ID!
