Evan Wagowski

Partner, Greenberg Trager & Herbst, LLP

In his role as partner at Greenberg, Trager & Herbst, LLP, a boutique construction law firm located in New York City, Evan Wagowski advises property owners and developers on a broad range of design, construction and development matters across the country.  He has been with the firm since 2007, rising from a junior associate up the ranks to that of equity partner. Evan has served as lead construction counsel on various types of projects, assisting his clients in their construction of buildings, including affordable housing developments, commercial office buildings, hotels, and super-tall residential towers in major cities around the United States. He has been recognized by his peers as a Rising Star in the New York City region by Super Lawyers Magazine, from 2017-2021.

Mr. Wagowski is a graduate of Emory University and Brooklyn Law School. He previously served as co-chair of the Storyteller’s Society, the young professionals’ membership group of the Tenement Museum, from 2018-2020. He has and continues to serve on the Tenement Museum’s Board of Trustees, since December, 2021. In addition to his career and Museum work, Evan and his wife Shara reside in Brooklyn, New York, where they presently are kept very busy raising their three young children.
